WHY THIS EXISTS
I started Cool Athlete in the middle of my own crisis in sport.
Gymnastics was my entire life. When I began telling the truth about my experiences, the good and the bad, I realized how much of myself I had lost in the pursuit of success.
There’s a deep silence around sport when experiences aren’t perfect.
If your story doesn’t fit the narrative, you’re often made to feel like the problem.
Cool Athlete exists to break that silence, and to make space for honest stories, connection, and community.
